me88sg's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your me88sg Account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits me88sg's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
